3.5 Data storage period
Personal data is only stored by us as long as necessary in order to fulfil the individual purposes of the data collected. The personal data collected by us, when visiting our website, is stored for a period of twelve months. An exception applies for the analysis and tracking data, which might be stored for a longer period. ​

Contract data is stored for a longer period, as we are obliged by law. We are obliged to store business communications, concluded contracts and accounting documents for up to 10 years. If such data is no longer needed to perform the services, the data will be blocked and it is only used for accounting and tax purposes.

If we are contacted or in case documents should be shared with us, these interactions are processed and stored via Microsoft 365.
Microsoft uses servers in different countries to provide the Microsoft 365 services. This means that your data might be stored in data centers outside Switzerland. However, Microsoft has implemented various security and data protection measures to protect its customers' data.

On our website, we use Wix as a platform for creating and managing our online presence. This includes the presentation of content, the hosting of images and videos, the provision of contact forms and, if necessary, the operation of an online store.
